Located inside the Medical Arts Building, we provide a number of services we hope you’ll take advantage of:

• Free delivery to Atlanta, Delavan, Hopedale, Mackinaw, Minier, and Tremont
• Prescription service to the Commons and Nursing Home on our campus.
• Interoffice delivery of prescriptions to our satellite offices. These deliveries are made twice a day.
• We have in-stock and by special order, a large selection of Juzo Compression Therapy garments.
• Medicare billing for diabetic testing supplies.
• We accept most insurance plans, including: PCS, PAID (Express Scripts), Blue Cross Blue Shield (most plans), Caterpillar, SavRX, IL Medicaid, Senior Care, Circuit Breaker, and many more.
