We have plenty of classes available to meet your fitness needs!  Please click on the schedule to the left for the most up-to-date class information.

Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP:

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BODYPUMP Intro:

This class will be held on the 2nd Tuesday @5:30 pm and the 2nd Friday@9:00am each month. Instructors will give pointers and help anyone that wants to try the class and/or perfect their form. All levels welcome!

Boot Camp:

Boot Camp is type of group exercise class that mixes a variety of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training every class.. Fitness Boot Camp is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves

Hi-Lo Cardio

This is a 60 minute class with high/low impact aerobics and stretching.

Joint Works:

This class is specially designed for the individual with health concerns (Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Replacements, etc.). Exercises are performed in our warm water therapy pools and class is taught by instructors certified through the Arthritis Foundation. Entrance to the pool is by steps with handrails or a ramp and participants do not need to know how to swim. Classes last about 1 hour. A physician’s consent form is required.

Mat-based Pilates:

Want to improve your muscular strength, balance and flexibility, all in one class?? This mat class will take you through a series of poses that will challenge your body in a whole new way. Emphasis is placed on good posture and on strengthening the abdominals and lower back. Class lasts about 1 hour.

Water Blast/Tidal Toning:

Come have a blast with us in this aquatic cardio class! It focuses on building cardiovascular endurance while also improving muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility. This very low impact workout is easy on the joints.

Yoga:

Always wanted to try yoga? Here’s your chance! Join us for this beginning level class. Proper breathing, body alignment and stretching are incorporated to make this a great stress reducer and energy booster. Each class is 1 hour long.

Youth Yoga:

This class is designed for children 6-10 years of age, bringing the yoga elements into class as well as fun and relaxation.
