Every month during the school year, our Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine staff awards an area athlete with a special honor.  The Student Athlete of the Month is given to the area's outstanding athletes.

Athletes are selected from nominations provided by coaches at Olympia, Dee-Mack, Tremont, Hartem, and Delavan High Schools.

At the end of the school year, a Student Athlete of the Year is selected from the monthly winners. The recipient is awarded a $500 scholarship to the college of his or her choice.

Nominees must be juniors or seniors and must have maintained a 3.5 GPA. Nomination forms can be requested from the Director of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at 309-449-4501.
