Hopedale Nursing Home

In 1955, the late Dr. Lawrence J. Rossi Sr. envisioned a unique facility that would provide superior long-term care for the elderly. After four years of careful planning his dream became a reality with the opening of Hopedale Nursing Home. What makes our nursing home unique is that our residents get a full continuum of care with easy access to the 24-hour Hopedale Hospital, Pharmacy, physicians, Wellness Center and rehabilitation services all on the same campus.

Our experienced and compassionate staff is dedicated to a philosophy of care which nurtures human dignity and the right of individuals to maintain their freedom. We encourage our residents to personalize their surroundings with cherished keepsakes and belongings from home to help make their transition and stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Hopedale Nursing Home has spacious private and semi-private rooms available, 74 beds total! Delicious, homemade nourishing meals and desserts are served daily. Entertainment, outings and supervised activities are planned around our residents' needs and preferences.

Thanks in part to a memorial gift from the Elmer and Viola Hillman estate, an addition to the original nursing home was built in August of 2001. This "Hillman Pavilion" wing offers 26 private rooms for a total of 43 spacious, homelike rooms, all of which were designed with our residents' comfort and needs in mind.
