About the Wellness Center
When the Hopedale Medical Complex added the state-of-the art, 34,000 square foot, handicap accessible Wellness Center in 2002, that thought was kept in mind. By combining a variety of fitness and rehabilitation resources under one roof, we ensure that wellness and prevention has just as high of a priority as rehabilitation.
The Hopedale Wellness Center rivals facilities in larger communities. Amenities include:
- Three pools- 25 yard lap pool, therapy pool and spa
- Cardiovascular equipment: Treadmills, Stepmill, AMT, NUStep recumbent steppers, Elliptical machines and Upright & Recumbent Bikes
- Strength training equipment
- Indoor walking/running track
- Gym for basketball and volleyball
- Group exercise programs: Yoga, Bodypump ™, Core Conditioning & Zumba
- Free Weight and Olympic lifting
Rehabilitation services are complete and competitive as well. They include:
- Land and Aquatic Physical Therapy
- Acupuncture
- Nutritional Counseling
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Speech Therapy
